Pauletts Aged Release Riesling is sourced from the Clare Valley at Polish Hill River, known for producing exceptional Riesling.

Clear, settled Riesling juice is fermented at a cool, even rate. The wine is stabilized and clarified before an early bottling, maximizing its quality. It is then allowed to age quietly in the cellar for several years, giving the wine complex aged characters on release.

Straw green, Pauletts Aged Riesling has rich flavours of toast and honey underlined by fresh citrus acidity. Cellaring potential is four years from release.
